In very rare cases, veneers can be fixed without turning. But minimal processing of the tooth is still needed to prepare the surface for fixation and create an inconspicuous joint between the veneer and the tooth.
Preparation is completely harmless to teeth, especially if you work within the enamel thickness! Moreover, after fixation, the ceramic veneer creates a monolith with the tooth, thereby strengthening it!
We carry out the entire processing process under the control of an operating microscope with a magnification up to 22x, using a special algorithm, thereby controlling the thickness of the preparation (on average 0.1-0.3 mm). We don't grind our teeth more than necessary.
In addition, we create a special "3D preparation map" before the processing. This is a computer calculation with an indication for the doctor of information about where to carry out the treatment of teeth and what depth.
